When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are strongly advised to ensure full attention from our staff, who pride themselves on delivering the best possible storage experience.  Please call or email ahead!
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 5-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.

You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. Our website is available for payments 24 hours/day.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving and storage supplies in our office. Click here to see our list of supplies and pre-order in advance of your visit!
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Our highly trained storage specialists are happy to help advise you on your storage needs; call or email today!
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to access the facility?
Yes, we ask that all clients access their stored property during business hours. After-hours access is available by appointment.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
No, because you do not need them! Your storage unit will come to you in a private loading bay – no need to deal with hallways, elevators, tight corners. The bays are large enough to accommodate most vehicles including large moving trucks.
