RoboVault Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary
July 9th 2010 - RoboVault Celebrates One Year Birthday - A Letter From Marvin Chaney

It is difficult to believe that RoboVault recently celebrated its first birthday. To say the least, it has been an interesting year. We have met so many fascinating people from many different walks of life. Whether it has been insurance carriers or agencies, attorneys, CPA’s, concierges and real estate agents who look upon RoboVault as a value added service, the client who is an individual art collector, museum, exotic car owner, wine collector or RoboVault, we all have the same objective: To protect and safeguard valuables kept here.

We take this responsibility very seriously even to the point that in our hurricane contingency plan we state that RoboVault will not be evacuated in the event of an order issued by local emergency officials. We do this for two very good reasons: 1) I know where I want my family and RoboVault members' families to ride out a storm, and; 2) while here we will make sure our client’s valuables are safeguarded.

I want to thank each of you that have contributed to the success of RoboVault. Referral sources are such an integral component to the lifeblood of our existence. To that end I want to share a brief selection from two testimonials.

"My employer's art has been de-installed from his home and is safely stored at RoboVault.  The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish and I feel comfortable making a recommendation of RoboVault across the board.  As the storm season approaches, both my employer and I now have peace of mind that his valuables are in good hands."
Kevin Malloy, Palm Beach, Fl.

"It was a pleasure to visit the fantastic new facility in April of this year.  I was very impressed with the design and the construction of the building in Ft. Lauderdale.  In the six years that I have worked as the Registrar at the Boca Raton Museum of Art, I can truly say that I have not seen a more technologically advanced storage facility."
Martin Hanahan, Registrar, Boca Raton Museum of Art.

By the way, my little girl Sadie also just celebrated her first birthday as well. Once again thank you for your support and we look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.

Sincerely,
Marvin Chaney
